Ingredients

  • Oranges - 1 piece
  • Champagne Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Coarse Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Watercress - 10.6 oz
  • Chopped almonds - 1.1 oz
  • Manchego cheese - 2.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Using a sharp knife, peel the orange and carefully cut out the segments. Transfer to a bowl, squeezing 2 teaspoons of juice into it.

Step 2

Add the vinegar and olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Add the watercress and almonds. Arrange on a plate and serve with the cheese sliced or shaved.
