- White bread - 6 pieces
- Olive Oil - 9 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Red Wine Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Watercress - 19.8 oz
- Spicy salami - 3.9 oz
- Goat cheese - 6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Tear the bread into small pieces and spread them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, lightly salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix the vinegar, 0.5 teaspoons of salt, and 0.25 teaspoons of pepper. While whisking, gradually add the remaining olive oil.
Step 4
Add the watercress, sliced salami, and croutons to the dressing. Toss and serve on plates. Top with cheese and enjoy.
