Description

Ingredients

  • Pomegranate juice - 8 fl oz
  • Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Pomegranate Seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Coarse Salt - to taste
  • Watermelon flesh - to taste
  • Feta cheese - 4.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a small saucepan, bring the pomegranate juice, sugar, and pomegranate seeds to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat and cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves and the syrup thickens. Strain, pressing out all the juice. Cool to room temperature.

Step 2

On each plate, place 3 slices of peeled watermelon flesh, drizzle with pomegranate syrup, and sprinkle with salt. Top with diced feta cheese.
