  • Arugula - 0.5 oz
  • Fresh Mint - 0.1 oz
  • Armenian Lavash - 0.4 oz
  • Pesto - 0.7 oz
  • Olives stuffed with lemon - 1.2 oz
  • Capers - 0.4 oz
  • Olive Oil - 4 fl oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
  • Fresh basil leaves - 1.8 oz
  • Pistachios - 1.1 oz
  • Garlic - 0.2 oz
  • Avocado - 1.8 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 2.5 oz
  • Salt - 0 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

For the pesto sauce: blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

Step 2

Cut the watermelon, feta cheese, and lavash into triangles.

Step 3

Mix corn salad, arugula, and mint leaves, then dress with olive oil and lemon juice.

Step 4

Place the mix of greens in the center of the plate, arranging the triangles of watermelon, feta cheese, and lavash around it. Garnish with olives, capers, and drops of pesto sauce.
