Description

  • Watermelon - 2 lbs
  • Fresh Mint - 0.7 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Feta cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Lime - 1 piece
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Remove the seeds from the watermelon and cut it into large cubes. Of course, this may be challenging, as the shape of the watermelon does not lend itself to perfectly cubed pieces.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine watermelon cubes and feta cheese pieces, roughly the same size as the watermelon. Sprinkle everything with chopped mint, and season with olive oil, lime juice, and black pepper. Serve immediately.
