Wheat Noodle Paella with Seafood
Ingredients
- Egg noodles for wok - 5.3 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 spoons
- Shrimp - 10.6 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Saffron - a pinch
- Smoked salt - ½ spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 13 fl oz
- Onion - 1 head

Prepare all the ingredients.

Add saffron, paprika, and tomatoes, and sauté on high heat, stirring with a spatula for 2 minutes.
Step 11
Add 400 ml of water, bring everything to a boil. Then reduce the heat to medium, cover with a lid, and simmer for 12 minutes.
Step 12
Add the sautéed noodles and stir, then top with the shrimp. Cover and simmer for another 3 to 6 minutes, or so, until all the liquid has evaporated. Season with salt to taste.

Serve directly from the skillet or transfer to individual plates.

Break the wheat noodles into pieces about 3–4 cm long.

Peel the shrimp.

Chop the garlic finely. Dice the onion.

Finely chop the tomatoes.

Take a large skillet (about 30 cm in diameter) with high sides. Heat half of the olive oil in it. Sauté the noodles over high heat for 3 minutes, stirring with a spatula.

Transfer the noodles to a bowl and set aside.

Pour the remaining olive oil into the skillet and heat it up. Add the garlic and shrimp, and sauté for 1 minute. Transfer to a clean dish.

Add the onion to the skillet and sauté until golden brown.
