- Beef - 5.3 oz
- Carrot - 4.2 oz
- Buckwheat Groats - 5.3 oz
- Onion - 1.4 oz
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Raisins - 1.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the meat and cut it into large pieces.
Step 2
Peel and wash the onion, then slice it into half-rings.
Step 3
Rinse the wheat groats, wash and peel the carrot.
Step 4
Cut the carrot into strips and sauté it with the onion in 2 tablespoons of butter.
Step 5
Make broth from the beef.
Step 6
Remove the meat and slice it thinly.
Step 7
Add the wheat groats, onion, carrot, raisins, and salt to the broth and cook until ready.
Step 8
Melt the remaining butter, add it to the finished porridge, stir, and serve in layers interspersed with the sliced cooked meat.
