- Cracked Wheat - 2 cups
- Pork Blood - 1.8 oz
- Smoked Ham on the Bone - 1.8 oz
- Aspen mushrooms - 1.8 oz
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 1.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 1.8 oz
- Pork fat - 3.5 oz
- Soy Sauce - 0 fl oz
- Cognac - 1 fl oz
- Asparagus - 1.1 oz
- Onion - 1.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring 800 ml of water to a boil, add salt, pour in the cracked wheat, and cook, stirring, for 15–20 minutes.
Step 2
When it thickens, cover the pot with a lid and place it in a preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Step 3
Rinse the chicken fillet and pork, boil, and cut everything into small pieces.
Step 4
Cut the ham, mushrooms, and asparagus into small cubes.
Step 5
Peel, wash, and chop the onion.
Step 6
Beat the eggs.
Step 7
Melt 50 grams of pork fat in a skillet, heat it, pour in the beaten eggs, and fry until golden brown, then cut into strips.
Step 8
In the heated skillet, add another 50 grams of pork fat, sauté the onion and pork, pour in the soy sauce and cognac, and add the asparagus, mushrooms, green peas, and chicken fillet.
Step 9
Then add the wheat porridge and eggs, mix well, add salt, sauté, and serve on a large plate.
