Ingredients
- Water - 4 fl oz
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits - 24 pieces
- Irish Whiskey - 6 fl oz
- Sugar - 2.6 oz
- Kirsch - 2 fl oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Use a fruit knife to cut the lemon peel into thin strips.
Step 2
Place the cherries in a bowl. In a saucepan, mix the water and sugar, bring to a boil, and pour over the cherries. Cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 3
On 6 wooden skewers, thread 4 cherries each.
Step 4
In a shaker, pour in 6 tablespoons of whiskey, 3 tablespoons of Kirsch, and 4.5 teaspoons of cherry syrup. Add ice. Shake and strain into 3 whiskey glasses. Repeat once more.
Step 5
In each glass, place a skewer with cherries and 2-3 strips of lemon peel.
