- Irish Whiskey - 2 fl oz
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Lime Juice - 1 fl oz
- Egg white - ½ piece
- Chambord Liqueur - 1¼ tablespoons

Fill a tall glass with ice.
Step 2
In a shaker, add ice, whiskey, lime juice, sugar, and egg white. Shake well for about 10 seconds and strain into the glass. Carefully pour the liqueur along the back of a spoon and serve.
