Ingredients
- White Amur - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Fish Oil - to taste
- Eggplants - 1.4 oz
- Tomatoes - 2.8 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the eggplant into thick rounds.
Step 2
Do the same with the tomato.
Step 3
Add salt.
Step 4
Rinse the fish and pat it dry.
Step 5
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet.
Step 6
Add the butter.
Step 7
Place the fish and eggplant in the skillet. Add a little salt.
Step 8
After 3–4 minutes, flip and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 9
Season with fish spices.
Step 10
After 7 minutes, remove from heat and transfer to a plate. Add the sliced tomato. Done.
