Description

- Cod fillet - 7.1 oz
- Pangasius - 7.1 oz
- Egg white - 0.5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 0.7 oz
- Leek - 1.8 oz
- Dill - 0.5 oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
- White Pepper (whole) - 0 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Shrimp - 3.9 oz
- Italian chopped parsley - 0.1 oz
- Lemon - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thaw the cod and pangasius fillets (if frozen), and drain thoroughly.
Step 2
Pass the peeled shrimp through a meat grinder, leaving 6 pieces for garnish, then grind the fish fillet.
Step 3
Add sautéed leek, finely chopped dill, egg white, and grated Parmesan, and mix well.
Step 4
Sauté the reserved shrimp, wrap them in the mixture, and bake at 356°F for 15 minutes. Garnish with a slice of lemon and dill.
