Description
I used rye flour for those who are on a diet.
Ingredients
- White fish - 0 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Carrot - 3 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Fish Oil - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Water - 17 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Coat the fish in flour mixed with salt and fry.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and carrot, but not too much, until soft.
Step 3
In a small pot, bring the marinade to a boil: half a liter of water, bay leaf, black pepper (you can add store-bought fish seasoning), vinegar. Let it cool.
Step 4
Transfer the fish to a dish along with the onion and carrot.
Step 5
Pour the marinade over and place in the refrigerator until set.
