  • Oat flakes - 1 cup
  • Wheat Flour - 4 tablespoons
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Butter - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste
  • White Pepper (whole) - to taste
  • Red Curry Powder - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the flour with curry, salt, and pepper, and pour it onto a flat plate. In another plate, pour the oatmeal. In a shallow bowl, beat the egg.

Step 2

Thoroughly dry the fish with a paper towel, then coat it alternately in the flour, egg, and oatmeal.

Step 3

In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over high heat, add a small piece of butter. Immediately place the fish in the skillet, pressing it firmly against the surface. Fry for about 2 minutes on each side.
