Description

- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Cauliflower - 1 head
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Herbs - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the cauliflower, trim the leaves and stem.
Step 2
Mash the garlic into a paste. Finely chop the herbs.
Step 3
In a deep bowl, mix the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and herbs, and stir.
Step 4
Generously rub the cauliflower with the prepared mixture on all sides, and place it on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake in a preheated oven (356°F or medium heat) for 40 minutes.
Step 5
A toothpick should easily enter the cooked cauliflower while it remains crunchy.
Step 6
If you prefer a softer texture, wrap the cauliflower completely in foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
