Description

Ingredients
- Poultry - 1½ kg
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Fresh basil leaves - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 2 spoons
- Salt - 2 spoons
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ spoons
- Paprika - 2 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse and pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
Step 2
Prepare the marinade: crush the garlic and mix it with basil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour in olive oil and stir well. Use 2 teaspoons of the marinade to rub inside the chicken.
Step 3
In a baking dish greased with vegetable oil, place the chicken breast side down, brush it with the marinade, and then turn it breast side up, also rubbing marinade on top. Allow the chicken to marinate for 1 hour.
Step 4
Then place the chicken in a preheated oven at 356°F and roast for 60-90 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown. For added juiciness, it's best to periodically baste the chicken with the juices that accumulate during cooking.
