Whole Wheat Pasta
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 1.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the two types of flour, add the eggs, and knead into a firm dough (you may need a little more or less flour).
Step 2
Roll the dough into a ball and place it in the freezer for about 15–20 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the dough, roll it out on a floured board to a thickness of 2–4 mm, roll it into a log, and cut it into strips of the desired thickness.
Step 4
Unroll the 'snails' and leave them to dry in the sun, or on an open window (the longer, the better).
Step 5
Boil the prepared pasta in a large amount of water for just about a minute.
Step 6
Prepare your favorite sauce and of course, Parmesan!
