Ingredients
- Rice Noodles - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Lamb - 4.2 oz
- Peanut Sprouts - 0.7 oz
- Lotus Root - 0.5 oz
- Snap Peas - 0.4 oz
- Onion - 0.5 oz
- Scallions - 0.2 oz
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Oyster Mushrooms - 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 0.2 oz
- Sesame Oil - ½ spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the noodles until tender. Mix the oyster sauce and soy sauce with sugar and sesame oil.

Fry the beaten egg in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Cut the lamb, lotus, onion, pepper, and peas.
Step 4
Sauté the meat in vegetable oil over high heat until it's half-cooked, about three minutes. Add the chopped vegetables, soybean sprouts, and egg, and stir-fry for another couple of minutes, constantly mixing. Finally, add the noodles, season with sauce, and toss to combine.
