Ingredients
- Wild Garlic Greens - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Vinegar essence - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sort the wild garlic stems, wash them well, blanch in boiling water, drain in a colander, then place in salted boiling water and simmer.
Step 2
Drain the cooked stems in a colander and cool.
Step 3
Then place in a salad bowl.
Step 4
Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with vinegar.
