Ingredients
- Ramsons - 1.8 oz
- Cucumbers - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Edamame Beans - 3.5 oz
- Sunflower Seeds - 0.5 oz
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 1 fl oz
- Dijon Mustard - 0.1 oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard, then cool them under cold running water.
Step 3
Chop the ramps along with the stems. Dice the stems finely and slice the leaves into thin strips.
Step 4
Blanch the edamame in boiling water for 1 minute, then transfer them to cold water to stop the cooking process.
Step 5
Toast the seeds in a dry skillet.
Step 6
Peel the eggs and slice them into half-moons.
Step 7
Slice the cucumbers into thin half-moons.
Step 8
To make the dressing, whisk together the mustard and apple cider vinegar in a large bowl. Then, while continuing to whisk, gradually pour in the oil in a thin stream. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 9
Place all the prepared ingredients into a bowl with the dressing and mix well.
Step 10
Serve immediately.
