Ingredients
- Red Grape Juice - 16 fl oz
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Celery stalk - 2 pieces
- Campbell's Beef Broth - 8 fl oz
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Dried Chamomile - 0.1 oz
- Dried Chamomile - 0.1 oz
- Chili Flakes - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
In a saucepan, mix the wine, butter, chopped onion, a handful of finely chopped parsley leaves, finely chopped celery, broth, crumbled bay leaf, thyme, marjoram, and red pepper.
Step 3
Bring to a boil.
Step 4
Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
Cool and marinate the meat.
