Wine marinade for red meat

Ingredients

  • Red Grape Juice - 16 fl oz
  • Butter - 1.1 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Celery stalk - 2 pieces
  • Campbell's Beef Broth - 8 fl oz
  • Bay leaf - 1 piece
  • Dried Chamomile - 0.1 oz
  • Dried Chamomile - 0.1 oz
  • Chili Flakes - 0.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.

Step 2

In a saucepan, mix the wine, butter, chopped onion, a handful of finely chopped parsley leaves, finely chopped celery, broth, crumbled bay leaf, thyme, marjoram, and red pepper.

Step 3

Bring to a boil.

Step 4

Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Step 5

Cool and marinate the meat.
