Description

Remember that fish seasoning often contains salt, so it's better to use less salt and adjust it at the table. The fish can be served with boiled potatoes or any side dish.

- Wolf Fish - 3 pieces
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Fish Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Dried Garlic - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Dill - 3 sprigs

Prepare the ingredients.

Slice the onion into half-rings.

Place the onion in a baking dish.

Layer the fish on top of the onion.

Add the fish seasoning.

Add salt.

Slice the tomatoes into rings.

Place the tomatoes on top of the fish.

Add the dried garlic.

Add a little water to prevent the bottom layer from burning.

Drizzle with vegetable oil.

Place in the oven at 356°F for 45 minutes.

Once the dish is ready, add a little dill.
