Ingredients
- Udon Noodles - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Thighs - 17.6 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Soy Sauce - to taste
- Oyster Mushrooms - to taste
- Toasted Sesame - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the meat from the chicken bones and cut it into long, thin strips. You can use fillets, but they will be less juicy.
Step 2
Chop the onion; julienne the carrot and bell pepper.
Step 3
In a preheated deep skillet, fry the chicken until it turns white, then add onion and a little soy sauce, about a teaspoon.
Step 4
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles. If cooked in advance, they may stick together.
Step 5
When the onion becomes soft, add the carrot, bell pepper, and a little more soy sauce. Sauté for about 7 minutes, until the bell pepper is also soft.
Step 6
Add the cooked noodles and a little soy sauce, stir-fry for 3–5 minutes. At the end, pour in the oyster sauce.
Step 7
Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds.
