Description
If you are cooking in a wok or a small frying pan, it is better to fry the vegetables in small batches, in several rounds. Sesame oil can be replaced with any other vegetable oil suitable for frying. Instead of soybean sprouts, you can use mung bean sprouts, wheat sprouts, bean sprouts, etc.
