- Freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1 fl oz
- Freshly squeezed orange juice - 1 fl oz
- Dijon Mustard - 0.5 oz
- Ground Cumin - 0.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Canned Corn - to taste
- Tomatoes - to taste
- Beetroot - to taste
- Apricots - 2 pieces
- Pineapple - 2 pieces
- Clementines - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend the dates, oil, lemon juice, orange juice, mustard, and cumin in a food processor until smooth. Then dilute the dressing with water until it reaches a pourable consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
When serving, place a little dressing at the bottom of a shallow bowl. Then layer the assorted vegetables and fruits on top of the dressing. Add salt and pepper.
