Yerevan Mushroom Salad
Ingredients
- Morels - 7.1 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 8.8 oz
- Pork fat - 1.1 oz
- Celery salt - 3.5 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 4 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms, and cut the pork fat into small cubes.
Step 2
Fry the pork fat in a hot skillet until crispy.
Step 3
Reduce the heat, add the mushrooms, and sauté them. Sprinkle the mushrooms with parsley, mix, remove from heat, and let cool.
Step 4
Julienne the bell pepper and celery root, combine them, dress with oil, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Step 5
Arrange the vegetables on a plate and top with the sautéed mushrooms.
