Ingredients
- Natural Yogurt - 4.4 oz
- Lemon - ¼ pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Dill - 2 sprigs
- Parsley - 1 sprig
- Basil - 1 sprig
- Ground Nutmeg - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the yogurt into a jar with a screw-top lid and squeeze in the lemon juice.
Step 2
Peel the garlic and press it into the same jar.
Step 3
Remove the leaves from the dill, parsley, and basil, and finely chop them.
Step 4
Add nutmeg, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Seal the jar with a lid and shake it well (you can even dance a little) until all the ingredients are combined.
Step 6
In the same jar, refrigerate the sauce for half an hour or until serving.
