- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Arugula - 1 bunch
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Sugar - to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Asparagus - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and boil the potatoes and eggs (soft-boiled).
Step 2
Wash and sauté the young asparagus for about 3 minutes.
Step 3
Chop: half an avocado, a bunch of green onions, potatoes, asparagus, eggs, and add arugula.
Step 4
