Description

Instead of sugar, you can use honey. For the lemon-mustard dressing, you will need the juice of half a lemon, olive oil, mustard, and sugar... shake well in a jar with a lid and it's ready to drizzle))) The topping consists of a Chinese spice mix (which includes glazed peanuts, chili pepper, and sesame).

Ingredients

  • Avocado - ½ piece
  • Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
  • Arugula - 1 bunch
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Scallions - 1 bunch
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Asparagus - 1 bunch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash and boil the potatoes and eggs (soft-boiled).

Step 2

Wash and sauté the young asparagus for about 3 minutes.

Step 3

Chop: half an avocado, a bunch of green onions, potatoes, asparagus, eggs, and add arugula.

Step 4

Prepare the dressing. Either lemon-mustard or based on balsamic vinegar, sugar, and olive oil.
