  • Toasted Sesame - 1 teaspoon
  • Lime Juice - 1.5 teaspoons
  • Sesame Oil - 1.5 teaspoons
  • Soy Sauce - 1.5 teaspoons

Step 1

Cut the broccoli into evenly sized pieces, place in a steamer, and pour in boiling water to a depth of 2 centimeters; add salt, cover, and cook over heat for four minutes.

Step 2

In a heated skillet, toast the sesame seeds over medium heat. In a separate bowl, mix the seeds with the other dressing ingredients. Remove the broccoli from the steamer and place it on a plate. Drizzle with soy sauce.
