Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the young goat into pieces (about 300 g each).

Step 2

Sauté the goat pieces in olive oil with aromatic herbs and garlic for ten minutes.

Step 3

Slow cook in a wood-fired oven for twelve hours.

Step 4

Sauté the chopped vegetables in olive oil.

Step 6
