  • Tomatoes - 4 pieces
  • Sausages - 8 pieces
  • English cucumber - ½ piece
  • Scallions - 1 bunch
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 2 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Champagne Vinegar - 0 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft, drain and cool. Cut in half.

Step 2

Grill the sausages, cool, and cut into small pieces.

Step 3

Place the potatoes in a bowl, add the sausages, chopped tomatoes, and cucumbers, and sliced green onions.

Step 4

Mix the sun-dried tomato paste with olive oil and vinegar.

Step 5

Serve the salad on plates and drizzle with the dressing.
