- Chopped Fresh Thyme - 0.7 oz
- Garlic - 1 head
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the young potatoes thoroughly, place them in a pot with plenty of water, add salt to taste, and boil over medium heat until partially cooked. Drain.
Step 2
In a heavy-bottomed skillet, heat the fat or oil, add the potatoes, and sauté over high heat, stirring, until the potatoes are browned on all sides.
Step 3
Add the garlic, season the vegetables with salt to taste, reduce the heat to medium, and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until the garlic is browned and slightly softened, but not burnt.
Step 4
Remove the young potatoes from the heat, add the thyme, mix well, and serve.
