- New Potatoes - 2 lbs
- Pickled Chanterelles - 10 pieces
- Cream - 3 fl oz
- Herbs - to taste
- Garlic - 1 head
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash and dry the mushrooms and potatoes.

Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
