  • Pickled Chanterelles - 10 pieces
  • Cream - 3 fl oz
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Garlic - 1 head
  • Salt - to taste
  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
