- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- New Potatoes - 31.7 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh Mint - 3 tablespoons
- Chives - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 1.4 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the washed unpeeled potatoes in a pot, cover with boiling water, add salt and a sprig of mint. Cover tightly with a lid and boil for 20 minutes. To check for doneness, insert a stick into a potato. The potatoes should be soft but not falling apart.
Step 2
Mix the butter with the herbs and black pepper. Drain the water from the pot, add the butter, cover the pot with a lid, and shake gently to coat all the potatoes with the herb butter. Remove the lid and serve on plates.
