- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Poultry - 2 pieces
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salad Potatoes - 8 pieces

Step 1
Mix olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Coat the chickens with this mixture and leave in the refrigerator to marinate for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Step 2
Wash the potatoes well, do not peel! Make crosswise cuts, about 1 cm apart, depending on the size of the potato. Mix olive oil with salt in a bowl and dip each potato in it.
Step 3
Place the chickens and potatoes in a baking dish or on a baking sheet, and put them in a preheated oven at 356°F. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
