Description

- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Pork Blood - 14.1 oz
- Peanut Sprouts - 2.8 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small cubes and rub it with a mixture of finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, peeled, lightly roasted peanuts, and vegetable oil. Leave it like this for half an hour. Then season with pepper and salt.
Step 2
Skewer the marinated pieces of meat on spits, continuously turning them, and roast on all sides.
Step 3
Serve with fluffy rice. You can also serve fish or tomato sauce on the side.
