Ingredients
- Beef - 17.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - 4 heads
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Fresh Mushrooms - 5.3 oz
- Sweet Red Onion - 1.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Milk - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the washed and dried meat through a meat grinder twice, add the egg, flour, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Mix everything well until a homogeneous mince is obtained.
Step 3
Prepare the filling. Combine mushrooms with fried onions, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix.
Step 4
Prepare the egg wash. Beat the egg with milk (1 tablespoon), and season with salt to taste.
Step 5
Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into small cubes or shavings.
Step 6
Form patties from the mince, place the onion and mushroom filling on each, and carefully seal the edges to form cutlets.
Step 7
Dip in the egg wash, coat in raw potato, and dip in the egg wash again.
Step 8
Fry the prepared cutlets in a large amount of hot oil (deep-fry).
Step 9
Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley, with fried onions, fried potatoes, or fresh cucumbers and tomatoes.
