Description
This recipe uses striped bass, but you can use any fish. If the fish seasoning already contains salt, reduce the amount of additional salt. It is best to serve this dish with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- Zubatka - 17.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 6 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Fish Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Mushroom seasoning - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide

Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
Step 3
Wash the fish and remove any excess.
Step 4
Pour the flour into a bowl and add 2/3 teaspoon of salt.
Step 5
Add the fish seasoning to the salted flour.
Step 6
Mix everything well.
Step 7
Slice the potatoes (with the skin on) and place them in a baking dish, seasoning with the remaining salt.
Step 8
Add the vegetable seasoning.
Step 9
Add 50 ml of vegetable oil.
Step 10
Coat the fish in the flour on all sides.
Step 11
Place it in a pan and fry on both sides in vegetable oil.
Step 12
Pour the remaining flour from the fish into the potatoes.

Mix the potatoes well.

Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 356°F.
Step 15
Place the fish in the dish with the potatoes and continue baking together for another 10 minutes.
Step 16
Once ready, serve in portions.
