Description
This is almost lasagna, but without the dough, making it quite a diet-friendly dish. If desired, you can sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until a golden crust forms. You can also adjust the amount of spices and salt to your taste. If the vegetables are too dry and no broth has formed while frying the meat, it is acceptable to add a few tablespoons of water to the vegetable layer. The dish is good both hot and cold. - Courgette - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Ground meat - 17.6 oz
- Cream 22% - 5 fl oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Grill Meat Spice Blend - 1 teaspoon
- Dried parsnip - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide

Prepare the ingredients.

Slice the zucchini into thin strips lengthwise.
Step 3
Cut the tomato into half-rings.
Step 4
Slice the bell pepper into strips.
Step 5
Chop any unattractive or failed zucchini strips.

Add oil to the frying pan.
Step 7
Place the ground meat in the heated frying pan.

Spread it evenly and add spices.

Add the dried parsley.

Then add the zucchini strips.

When the meat is almost cooked, add salt.

Lay the zucchini strips at the bottom of the baking dish.
