Description

This is almost lasagna, but without the dough, making it quite a diet-friendly dish. If desired, you can sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until a golden crust forms. You can also adjust the amount of spices and salt to your taste. If the vegetables are too dry and no broth has formed while frying the meat, it is acceptable to add a few tablespoons of water to the vegetable layer. The dish is good both hot and cold.   • Courgette - 1 piece
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Ground meat - 17.6 oz
  • Cream 22% - 5 fl oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 3.5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Grill Meat Spice Blend - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried parsnip - 1 teaspoon

Prepare the ingredients.

Slice the zucchini into thin strips lengthwise.
