Ingredients
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Cherry Tomatoes - 10 pieces
- Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Mushrooms - 3.5 oz
- White Sesame Seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the zucchini into rounds. Slice the mushrooms, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Fry the zucchini for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Step 3
Sauté the mushrooms and simmer them for about 5-10 minutes.
Step 4
Layer the zucchini in a baking dish, then add the mushrooms, and top with the halved cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Place in the oven at 356°F for 15-20 minutes. Remove, sprinkle with cheese, and top with sesame seeds. Return to the oven for another 15 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. Serve hot.
