Ingredients
- Ground meat - 14.1 oz
- Young zucchini - 1⅕ kg
- Tomatoes - 6 pieces
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 spoons
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the onion in a skillet, add the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, and stir in the tomato paste.
Step 2
Grate the zucchini using a coarse grater, sprinkle with salt, and squeeze out the excess juice.
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes into rounds.
Step 4
Whisk the eggs with sour cream and season with salt.
Step 5
Grease the baking dish with oil, layer half of the zucchini, then add the meat mixture with onions and tomato paste, followed by another layer of zucchini. Top with tomatoes. Pour the sour cream and egg mixture over everything, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30–35 minutes.
