Description
This casserole can be a great side dish for any meat dish, as well as a light standalone meal. You can add additional vegetables to taste, as well as spices or your favorite seasonings. Zucchini can be replaced with regular squash.
Ingredients
- Courgette - 4 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 3 pieces
- Flower Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Herbs - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the vegetables.
Step 2
Slice the zucchini into rounds.
Step 3
Cut the tomato into half-moons.
Step 4
Clean the pepper.
Step 5
Slice it into rings.
Step 6
Layer the zucchini at the bottom of the baking dish.

Sprinkle with salt.

Next, layer the pepper rings.

Then add the tomato and sprinkle with salt.

Next, layer the pepper again.

Repeat with zucchini and so on, until all vegetables are used, layering them.
