Description
These fritters turn out very tender, so be careful when flipping them in the pan. They can be served hot or cold, with sour cream or any other sauce based on it.

- Courgette - 3 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Salt - 0.7 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon

Prepare the vegetables.

Wash the zucchini and grate it on a coarse grater.

Peel and wash the carrot and onion.

Grate the carrot on a fine grater and add it to the zucchini.

Grate the onion on a coarse grater, like the zucchini, and combine it with the other vegetables.

Prepare the eggs and flour.
