  • Zucchini - 4 pieces
  • Oats - 2.3 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Adyghe cheese - 8.8 oz
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Dill - 2 tablespoons
  • Mint - ½ bunch
  • Cayenne Pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the grated zucchini with 1 teaspoon of salt and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then squeeze out the excess water.

Step 2

Grind the oats into flour using a coffee grinder, or use oat flour directly.

Step 3

Combine the zucchini, oats, egg, cheese, herbs, and pepper.

Step 4

Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the fritters for 4 minutes on each side.

Step 5

Serve the fritters with chorizo, sour cream, and a wedge of lime.
