Ingredients
- Courgette - 2 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles - 6 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Natural Yogurt - 1 jar
- Herbs - to taste
- Ground meat - 17.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the 2 small zucchinis lengthwise into slices and lay them on the bottom of the baking dish.
Step 2
Mix the yogurt with the eggs, add salt, and spread a small amount of the mixture over the zucchini.
Step 3
Layer the ground meat on top (I use a mix of beef and chicken, but you can use any type you prefer).
Step 4
Sauté the mushrooms a bit in a pan and place them on top of the meat.
Step 5
Lightly salt the entire dish, add spices to taste (I add a bit of pepper and Provence herbs), and sprinkle a small amount of herbs (dill or parsley) on top.
Step 6
Pour the remaining yogurt and egg mixture over the dish.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven for 40-50 minutes at 392°F.
