Description
This is a flexible dish; you can add anything to your taste. Replace tomatoes with tomato paste, meat with mushrooms, or simply add mushrooms or bell peppers.
Ingredients
- Courgette - 2 lbs
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Cheese Spread - 1.8 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1 piece
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Herbs - to taste
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the zucchini into rings, dip each ring in beaten egg, coat in flour, and fry on both sides. Do not salt! Place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half-rings, grate the carrot on a coarse grater, slice the tomatoes into rings, and finely chop the garlic.
Step 3
On a baking sheet or skillet greased with vegetable oil, layer the zucchini tightly in 2 layers.
Step 4
On top of the zucchini, layer thinly sliced boiled chicken breast, then add the onion and carrot (slightly salt), followed by the tomatoes and garlic.
Step 5
Sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese and pour over a mixture of the remaining eggs mixed with milk (water can also be used).
Step 6
Sprinkle with herbs and place in the oven until the cheese melts and the crust is golden.
