Zucchini Pizza with Blue Cheese and Tarragon
Ingredients
- Courgette - 2 pieces
- Pizza Flour - 17.6 oz
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Tarragon - 0.1 oz
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Goat cheese - 4.4 oz
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 428°F. Roll out the dough into a large circle and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the sliced zucchini, olive oil, and a little salt and pepper. Heat a skillet and sauté the zucchini for about 4 minutes until tender.
Step 3
Slice the onion into thin rings.
Step 4
Spread the zucchini over the dough, then add a layer of onion, and sprinkle half of the chopped tarragon. Then top with crumbled cheese.
Step 5
Bake the pizza in the oven for 15-18 minutes until cooked and golden brown. Sprinkle with the remaining tarragon and cut into segments. Serve with a tomato salad.
