- Courgette - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Lightly Salted Red Fish - 8 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 0.7 oz
- Shelled pumpkin seeds - to taste
- Toasted Sesame - a pinch
- Flaxseeds - ½ teaspoon
- Sunflower Seeds - ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Swiss chard leaves - 1 bunch
- Romaine lettuce - 5 pieces

Step 1
Slice the zucchini and carrot into thin slices.
Step 2
Carefully wrap a piece of salmon, a small spoonful of cream cheese, and leaves of Swiss chard and frisée in a zucchini slice. Gently roll the rolls, as fresh zucchini is very fragile and delicate.
Step 3
Arrange the vegetable rolls beautifully on a plate, garnish with carrot slices, sprinkle with sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, and pumpkin seeds, and drizzle the dish with olive oil.
