Zucchini vegetable rolls with salmon and cream cheese

Ingredients

  • Courgette - 1 piece
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish - 8 pieces
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 0.7 oz
  • Shelled pumpkin seeds - to taste
  • Toasted Sesame - a pinch
  • Flaxseeds - ½ teaspoon
  • Sunflower Seeds - ½ teaspoon
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Swiss chard leaves - 1 bunch
  • Romaine lettuce - 5 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the zucchini and carrot into thin slices.

Step 2

Carefully wrap a piece of salmon, a small spoonful of cream cheese, and leaves of Swiss chard and frisée in a zucchini slice. Gently roll the rolls, as fresh zucchini is very fragile and delicate.

Step 3

Arrange the vegetable rolls beautifully on a plate, garnish with carrot slices, sprinkle with sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, and pumpkin seeds, and drizzle the dish with olive oil.
