- Courgette - 4.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.4 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.9 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Matsoni - 1 fl oz
- Garlic - 0.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Salt the peeled and sliced zucchini, coat in flour, fry on both sides in a pan with heated butter, pour in beaten eggs, and bake for 5–8 minutes.
Step 2
Serve the zucchini sprinkled with parsley.
Step 3
Serve the matsoni with crushed garlic separately.
