Zucchini with Garlic and Cheese
Ingredients
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Suluguni Cheese - 1.1 oz
- Mayonnaise - 3 teaspoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sour Cream - 1 teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Parsley - 2 stems
- Sumac - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the parsley.
Step 2
Place mayonnaise in a bowl.
Step 3
Add parsley.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 5
Add cheese and chili to the parsley.
Step 6
Press the garlic through a garlic press.
Step 7
Mix thoroughly.

Slice the zucchini.

In a grill pan, heat mustard oil and olive oil and place the zucchini slices.

Add sumac and salt. Sauté over high heat for 3–5 minutes.

Flip the slices.

Add sumac and sauté for another 2 minutes.

Reduce heat, cover with a lid, and simmer for another 5–7 minutes.

Place the sautéed slices on a plate and spread the resulting sauce on top.

Cover with another slice. Serve.
