  • Courgette - 1 piece
  • Suluguni Cheese - 1.1 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 3 teaspoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Sour Cream - 1 teaspoon
  • Mild Chili Spice - to taste
  • Parsley - 2 stems
  • Sumac - to taste
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon

Finely chop the parsley.

Place mayonnaise in a bowl.
